We built The COVE as a resource for our community, most notably you, our referring veterinarians and your clients, who together, allow us the privilege of caring for their animals.
We have one mission – to make certain each pet gets everything it needs and his or her family receives the support it desires. We encourage your participation in any case you refer.
At The COVE, every member of our team is responsible for every patient. While we may have unique areas of expertise, there is no ‘transferring’ between departments or separate payments to be made for different types of care.
To refer a patient, please complete and submit the referral form online or download the PDF and fax it to 757-935-9110. We are available for complimentary telephone consultations. Please do not hesitate to call if we may be of assistance. And, if you would like some of our materials to help facilitate a smooth referral process, do not hesitate to call us anytime at 757-935-9111 to request the information for your practice.
We realize that payment for treatment is often a concern for clients and we work hard to keep the cost of treatment affordable. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit. For clients with insurance, we are happy to assist in filing claims. Feel free to contact us for an approximate financial commitment for your client prior to the referral.
